The Brief

iTech Media, a leading media and technology company, sought to revolutionise its workspace to foster collaboration, encourage team interactions, and promote creativity. Their vision was to create a versatile environment that seamlessly transitioned from a collaborative workspace into an entertainment area for up to 150 people. Partnering with 360 Workplace, Area, and Sketch Studios, iTech Media embarked on a transformative workplace strategy project.

iTech Media had several objectives for this project; promote collaboration – creating a large collaboration space that encourages both formal and informal interactions among employees; versatility – designing a space with multiple functions, capable of accommodating various activities and team sizes; and data-driven decision-making – utilising data to determine the best use of the space and ensure it aligns with iTech Media’s unique needs.

What We Did

Communication was a cornerstone of the project. 360 Workplace facilitated engagement between iTech Media’s project team and the wider company, providing regular updates on project progress and encouraging feedback.

To gain insights into the needs and preferences of iTech Media’s employees, a comprehensive workplace survey was conducted. This survey helped identify specific requirements, preferences, and pain points, ensuring that the new workspace would cater to the diverse needs of the workforce.

The newly transformed workspace at iTech Media now offers a variety of settings that cater to different work styles. Recognising the importance of huddle sessions and focused work, the space was designed to facilitate these activities seamlessly. The workspace exudes a vibrant and visually captivating atmosphere. Bold colours and consistent branding elements take centre stage, creating a sense of identity and belonging among employees. The design concept was both fun and functional, incorporating elements from the data collected during the workplace survey.

The Outcome

Given the client’s London base, the project involved several on-site meetings and workshops. This close collaboration allowed for real-time feedback and adjustments, ensuring the space met iTech Media’s evolving needs.
