360 Workplace at Worktech London 2019

On Thursday 28th November, I will be presenting the findings of a new report on Leadership and Workplace Design co-authored by 360 Workplace, WORKTECH Academy and the United Workplace at Worktech London.

I will discuss ways in which leadership strategy and designing for the high-performance workplace can enjoy a more symbiotic relationship. I have been fascinated by organisational performance since I entered the workplace. In my role advising businesses on how to maximise their real estate portfolio and transform their existing assets to drive efficiency and engagement, I do come across a wide range of leadership models and culture. These shape how companies perform, grow and leave a legacy. However, when designing a workplace, rarely do we ask about the Leadership style of the organisation.

Could this ensure the workplaces we design are fit for purpose? How can workplace design flex and adapt to support new styles of leadership amid rapid organisational change?

I am looking forward to share my thoughts on this at Worktech.
