In response to a shifting workplace culture and a strategic commitment to hybrid working, Suntory relocated its GB&I headquarters to Uxbridge.
This move presented an opportunity to reimagine how their workspace could better reflect their values and support evolving ways of working. Our team set out to significantly elevate the quality, functionality, and purpose of the new environment.
Our brief was clear: create a dynamic, future-ready workplace that enables activity-based working, fosters collaboration, and strengthens company culture.
Working in close partnership with Suntory, 360 Workplace delivered a bespoke design and fitout solution aligned with their business objectives and cultural identity. The new HQ was shaped around three core pillars:
Connectedness & Collaboration – a mix of formal and informal settings makes it easy for teams to meet, share ideas, and solve problems together.
Creativity & Strategic Thinking – dedicated project spaces and breakout zones give people room to think, innovate, and plan.
Brand & Cultural Immersion – brand storytelling and thoughtful design details bring Suntory’s identity to life throughout the space.
Recognising that physical transformation must be matched by cultural adoption, we supported Suntory through a structured change journey.
Working alongside internal Change Champions, we developed and implemented a tailored engagement programme. This included training and resources to introduce teams to activity-based working, guidance on workplace behaviours and etiquette, and regular communications – including internal newsletters – to keep employees informed, involved, and inspired throughout the process.
The result is far more than just a functional office – it’s a destination that empowers people to connect, create, and thrive. A workplace that brings Suntory’s culture to life and supports their continued evolution.
