Reebok, part of the Batra Group, is one of the world’s most recognisable sportswear brands.
In the UK, its wholesale business continues to grow, driving the need for spaces that not only showcase product but also reflect brand ambition. To support this, Reebok took an additional floor at Arthur Stanley House in Fitzrovia – the third time 360 Workplace has been appointed to work on projects in this building. The project focused on transforming the sixth floor, a 6,000 sq ft space, into a purpose-built wholesale showroom and office designed to inspire buyers and elevate the brand experience.
Working alongside design and build specialists Area, 360 Workplace helped Reebok define the vision, scope, and functional requirements for the project, while also leading on AV consultancy and integration to ensure the space supported seasonal product launches and client presentations.
Reebok’s wholesale model required a space where the product was the hero.
The new floor needed to act as both a showroom and an office, hosting seasonal product displays for apparel and footwear alongside working areas, meeting rooms, and client-facing breakout zones. With over 1,000 SKUs per season and a focus on footwear (80 per cent of the range), extensive shelving, racking, and concealed storage were essential.
Flexibility was central to the brief. Showrooms needed to double as meeting rooms or event spaces, and the AV infrastructure had to support both intimate buyer sessions and larger seasonal showcases. Privacy for buyer meetings was vital, alongside clear separation of back-of-house functions such as tea points, storage, and print areas from the client-facing environment. The design had to balance professionalism and creativity, with a clean, and neutral aesthetic that let the products shine.
Reebok selected 360 Workplace for our strategic, evidence-based approach and strong track record at Arthur Stanley House.
Having already supported other occupiers in the building, we brought both knowledge of the base build and an integrated approach with Area to ensure insights flowed directly into design execution.
Our ability to combine workplace strategy, and technology expertise was a key differentiator. Reebok wanted confidence that the showroom’s AV systems would not only work seamlessly but also elevate the buyer experience. Our dual capability to deliver both workplace and technology consultancy gave them that assurance.
360 Workplace facilitated a series of stakeholder workshops with the Reebok team to refine layouts, adjacencies, and brand priorities.
A design brief was developed, featuring a defined walking route from reception to the enclosed showrooms and breakout space, private offices for leadership, and a boardroom with a key focus on privacy and display.
We drew inspiration from comparable wholesale environments, proposing concealed storage systems with pull-out drawers and shelving to manage large product volumes discreetly. AV was embedded as a core part of the design, with integrated display systems in the showrooms to support seasonal launches, immersive presentations, and product storytelling. Care was taken to manage sunlight exposure to protect samples, with AV positioning and lighting design carefully coordinated.
From an aesthetic perspective, we recommended a neutral and clean backdrop enhanced with vintage and mid-century modern furniture. The reception was designed as a brand showcase, featuring illuminated lightbox displays and mannequins that can be refreshed each season.
Our consultancy extended into operational detail, including planning for 32 workstations on day one, ensuring focus rooms were incorporated, and separating client-facing and back-of-house areas. AV integration was delivered alongside these workplace recommendations, giving Reebok the infrastructure to host events, manage hybrid buyer sessions, and create an elevated experience for visiting clients.
The greatest challenge was fitting both showroom and office functions into a compact 6,000 sq ft floorplate.
The space needed to handle large product volumes, deliver privacy for sensitive buyer conversations, and remain flexible enough to host events. Integrating AV systems without overwhelming the clean aesthetic added another layer of complexity.
By using hidden storage solutions, enclosing showrooms for privacy, and embedding AV seamlessly into the fabric of the space, we ensured that functionality never compromised the design intent.
The result is a bespoke wholesale showroom and office that reflect Reebok’s brand while delivering operational and technological efficiency.
Reception now acts as a dynamic showcase of the brand story, with mannequins and lightbox displays creating impact on arrival. Employees benefit from an efficient layout, while buyers and clients experience a professional, immersive environment tailored to Reebok’s wholesale model.
By combining workplace strategy, design collaboration, and AV integration, 360 Workplace and Area helped Reebok create a showroom that celebrates its products, strengthens its brand story, and enhances its presence within Arthur Stanley House.
