Wildstone’s new global headquarters at 50 Eastbourne Terrace brings together its UK and Group operations in one central London location.
The move has strengthened collaboration, improved visibility, and created a more client-focused environment.
As a fast-growing outdoor media infrastructure company, Wildstone now has a workplace that supports a hybrid team, reflects its professional brand identity, and provides a platform for continued growth across Europe.
Wildstone appointed 360 Workplace for our combined capability in workplace strategy, interior design, and fitout delivery.
Having all three under one roof gave them a single point of accountability, reduced interface risk and ensuring continuity from briefing through to handover. This integrated model has been proven in investor-facing environments where discretion, acoustic performance, and minimal M&E disturbance are critical – giving the client the confidence in both quality and programme certainty.
Wildstone required a refined evolution of the existing aesthetic. The design brief prescribed a clean, natural, and formal language, maintaining brand consistency across locations.
The spatial strategy needed to be future-proof for hybrid working patterns and to address a historic shortfall of meeting space. Specific requirements included a large boardroom, multiple four- to six-person meeting rooms, and substantial provision for one-to-one conversations and private calls.
Five private offices – two larger spaces for the CEO and CFO (each with in-room meeting capacity) plus smaller offices.
Workstations werespecified at 1,200 mm with docking and dual screens, pedestal storage would replace lockers. The design needed to support high-interaction teams such as Development, Finance and Sales while maintaining a calm, professional atmosphere. Technology was to remain simple, consistent and unobtrusive.
We began with a workplace strategy phase to build a robust evidence base. Using data analysis and industry benchmarks, we assessed utilisation and capacity, while stakeholder workshops, interviews, and observations gave us insight into current work patterns, team relationships, and meeting behaviours.
From this, we developed a space calculator to model headcount and growth projections, validating the future space requirement and forming the foundation for the design brief.
The resulting plan defined a public-to-private route from reception into a formal front-of-house suite anchored by a grand boardroom and supported by multiple four- to six-person spaces. Leadership office were planned for presence and discretion, while the main floor was organised into micro-neighbourhoods for Sales, Finance, and Development – keeping energy levels high without creating a call centre environment. Meeting room provision was rebalanced toward one-to-one rooms and pods to better reflect real demand.
Drawing on best practice from comparable client-facing environments, we introduced concealed storage spines, acoustic treatments, and selective window film to manage glare while preserving daylight and curated sightlines. The aesthetic remained clean and natural, providing a calm backdrop for artwork and reinforcing a consistent brand identity across locations.
AV and technology were embedded as quiet enablers rather than visible features. We specified a right-sized hybrid meeting solution for the boardroom, smaller rooms, and a flexible forum space. The forum can operate open day-to-day and can be enclosed with curtains for town-hall presentations, supporting seamless participation in person or remotely, with minimal M&E disruption.
The new headquarters reflects Wildstone’s brand while improving operational efficiency and flexibility.
The environment balances a formal client-facing suite and grand boardroom with open breakout, private offices and focus pods. Hybrid collaboration is enabled by consistent Yealink/Crestron technology across all meeting spaces.
Reception now acts as a curated brand showcase, featuring a natural material palette with supporting artwork to create impact on arrival and a clear public-to-private progression.
Employees benefit from an efficient, acoustically controlled workspace organised into micro-neighbourhoods, while visitors experience a discreet, professional setting aligned to Wildstone’s position in property and outdoor media infrastructure.
By aligning workplace strategy, design collaboration, and integrated AV, the project delivers a headquarters that strengthens Wildstone’s brand expression, enhances client engagement, and provides a platform for continued European expansion.
