The Brief

Shaping a Next-Generation Workplace

Edenred 2 040000

Edenred set out to bring its London teams together in one location, uniting people and culture while adapting to a new hybrid way of working.

Following the success of the Reward Gateway office on Tottenham Court Road – one of Edenred’s subsidiary brands – the company wanted to build on that model to shape a new workplace that reflected its own identity and future ambitions.

360 Workplace was appointed to lead the workplace strategy, location analysis, and space planning for the consolidation and relocation. Our approach combined data-led insight with design thinking to define how Edenred’s people would work, collaborate, and connect in their next-generation London headquarters.

Our Approach

A Trusted, Long-Term Partnership

We have a long-standing relationship with Edenred, supporting their real estate portfolio in the UK and US. Since first partnering in 2015, we’ve delivered design and fitout in London (with our sister company, Area), workplace consultancy for the Boston office, and the recent consolidation with their subsidiary, Reward Gateway.

360 Workplace led a structured stay–go assessment for Edenred London, beginning with employee postcode mapping to define an approved search area and benchmark new location options against the current site.

Through stakeholder workshops and interviews, we refined layouts, adjacencies, and brand priorities and translated these into a clear design brief aligned with Edenred’s hybrid working policy.

We produced three test fits – one for the existing office and two for shortlisted buildings – each infomred by a detailed analysis of current working patterns, meeting demand, and occupancy rhythms.

Reflecting Edenred’s ambition to evolve the Tottenham Court Road experience – with more collaborative areas and the removal of enclosed offices – we increased shared project zones and introduced focus rooms where confidentiality and quiet work were essential.

We proposed clean planning with defined public-to-private routes and discreet support spaces, and we embedded AV to enable hybrid collaboration across rooms and town-hall settings.

The Outcome

A Flexible and Engaging Workplace

The result is a unified headquarters that reflects Edenred UK’s brand while delivering operational and technological efficiency. The workplace balances open collaboration areas with enclosed focus rooms, removes legacy private offices to encourage transparency, and provides the AV capability required for hybrid meetings, town-halls, and client presentations supporting a policy led hybrid model across the combined Edenred and Reward Gateway teams.

The reception now functions as a clear brand showcase, with a refined front-of-house sequence that communicates purpose and sets a professional tone. Employees experience a flexible, activity-based environment that preserves the best aspects of the Tottenham Court Road office. Clients and partners now encounter a contemporary, service-oriented setting aligned to Edenred’s global standards.

By combining workplace strategy, design collaboration, and integrated AV with space analysis, we have enabled Edenred to make confident real estate decisions and shape a workspace ready for the future of work.
